Well-known Old Port property owner Joe Soley is approached by Bob Dyk and a cameraman from Channel 8 TV News on a break during a walk-through of Soley's Exchange Street apartments with city officials and Soley's lawyers. The city continues to pressure Soley to address alleged code violations at his properties.
